Aliza (for pronunciation think of the Schuyler sisters - "Eliza") hails from Washington DC but now proudly calls New York her home. Her first production was a one woman show of the Mary-Kate and Ashley murder mystery series performed for her esteemed family and anyone else drawn in by her three year old whimsy.

After high school and some training in DC at Studio Theater, Aliza continued her study of theater at Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. She graduated summa cum laude with highest honors and was awarded the Sandy Shae Fischer award for excellence in theater.

She made her off-broadway debut in 2016 with "Green Card; A New Musical" at the Theater at St. Clements. As a writer, Aliza's webseries, "The Podlife" can be viewed on youtube as well as in the writing section of this website. She has also enjoyed performances of her work at the Rattlestick Theater (NYC) The Horizon Theater (Atlanta, GA) and 54 Below (NYC). Aliza is a proud graduate of NYU Tisch's Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program class of 2022 (Cycle 31).

When she is not performing or writing, Aliza enjoys working with young performers, seeing new musical theater and soaking up the glory of New York's parks.
