R & J Redux

Aliza performed in the Hearth's Debut production "For Annie." It ran December 2016-January 2017 and was on playbill's list of shows with limited runs off broadway that were not to be missed! 

Green Card

Aliza made her off Broadway Debut in Green Card:A New Muiscal! GREEN CARD – A  New Musical is bringing a new and refreshing perspective of the trials and tribulations of immigration to its awaiting audiences. Han, a South Korean born failing artist living in Harlem is fighting for his chance at the American Dream; only he isn’t an American citizen. After meeting Mia, a spunky aspiring singer with her own skeletons to hide, they both come up with an ultimatum – the exchange of money for a fake marriage to help Han gain his citizenship. Along this crazy ride, Han and Mia are followed by Han’s South Korean girlfriend, Mia’s criminal ex-boyfriend, and the suspicious Immigration officer who refuses to leave them alone.  

S.T.A.R. @ The Directors Company

Aliza was an ensemble member of S.T.A.R. at the Directors Company for her first two years in NYC. The S.T.A.R. Program (Serving Teens through Arts Resources) is an award-winning, nationally recognized, evidence-based, multi-session peer education program, which addresses behaviors related to adolescent emotional and physical health. Featuring an ensemble company trained as peer educators and advocates for young people, this theater-based program introduces the tools necessary to promote positive attitudes, build risk reduction skills, and link youth with health care and social services.
